My Kind of Cool Aid

I had every intention of taking some awesome pictures of My Kind of Cool Aid (MKoCA) since I was off work. But awesome pictures can't be made with good intentions. I ended up cleaning Kat & B's room, washing bed sheets, and a few other things around the house. Which cleaning Kat & B's room wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but still took a while. B & I ended up spray painting a desk in their room when I was suppose to be cleaning it. I can side tracked very easily. I don't normally clean my kids rooms, but they just seem to miss the mark, so I did Coco's a few weeks ago and now Kat & B got the treatment. The catch is now that I cleaned and organized it for them - they have no excuse not to keep it that way. A mom can dream can't she?

But I did manage to take some quick photos on Wednesday. But after I took these photos, I thought - these aren't that great for a few reasons. 1. The sun was playing hide and seek. 2. I put on some thickening SV, so it isn't a "true" depiction of the finish. Although I would say the finish is this shiny - I just feel that in order to show it I should have taken the pictures without a top coat.  And 3. Since my SV needed to be thinned and I was too lazy, I ended up having some Seche drying bubbles that are only visible with the Macro lens, but it's clearly evident in the last photo. So this weekend my goal is to actually take some really good photos to show you all and to get on the Cult Nails website.

So without further adieu here is My Kind of Cool Aid....

See the shimmer? Soo pretty!

  5. This is my favorite kind of finish! I actually wrote a letter to OPI requesting they make more polishes with the finish found in Bronzed to Perfection, but of course, they did not write me back - they have terrible customer appreciation/service. Your collection is going to be the talk of the town for a while. I am very excited. :D
